Buying Insurance on-line:

When You use our Website You will learn more about our insurance products and services.  When and if You decide to buy online then We need You to know some important things.

 

Buying Insurance products is a two-step process:

 

  1. When You apply for an Insurance Products online You will be asked to provide information about You and Your business. Your answers will be important in determining whether our Insurance Product is suitable for You and Your business. It will also determine what documents You will receive from Truck Assist. 
  2. Once it is determined that our product is suitable for Your insurance needs, the instructions and information You provide are recorded within our database, allowing Your purchase to be accepted by Us. You will know that You have completed the insurance product selection once You have selected and actioned one of the online payment options provided by Us, and You receive Your Insurance product documents outlining Your insurance coverage and information provided by You.

Buying Roadside Service and Other Services is a two stage process:

 

  1. When You apply online for these Services You will be asked to provide information on You/ and/or Your business. This information is recorded within our database, allowing Your application to be accepted by Us.
  2. Your online Service selection will be complete once You select Your level of cover and You have selected and actioned one of the online payment options provided by Us, and You receive Your documentation outlining the service agreement You have purchased.

Purchasing Insurance products and other Services from this Website involves You providing and sending electronic instructions to Us, and paying for those products and services.  When this has occurred, we will notify You on the screen You are using when purchasing those products and services.  We will assume that an electronic instruction is authentic.  We have no obligation to authenticate the person issuing or transmitting the electronic instructions, or to verify the accuracy or completeness of the electronic instructions.  We may act on electronic instructions received or sent via our Website, without reference to You.

 

Any Truck Assist Drivepack Insurance product or other Services purchased via our Website must be paid for by direct debit or one of the credit cards we accept.  Before You make a purchase and buy our insurance product and services online, You will need to provide Us with certain information.  You will be prompted through the purchase process on the screen You are using to make the purchase.  The amount or amounts must be received in clear funds by the date due.  If You use a payment plan, then details of Your payment plan will be provided with Your policy documents.
