Help me choose my Roadside Assistance

Truck Assist has developed two different roadside assistance plans - the Value Plan and the Premium Plan.

When choosing your cover option, it's important to take into consideration the following factors:

  • Your Truck's GVM. If you have a heavier truck, you will require a heavy capacity tow truck. Therefore, your towing expense will be greater. Choosing a higher capped limit is advisable for trucks with a higher GVM/GCM.
  • Your Location. Breakdown expenses scale as you move away from metro areas. If you operate in regional and remote areas, please consider your cover limit.
  • Time of Breakdown. Depending on what time your truck breaks down, traffic may play a role in the time taken for a provider to reach you. You may also need consider costs of after hours call out fees if you run a 24/7 operation.

Remember, with Truck Assist Roadside Assistance you get breakdown, recovery and towing assistance 24/7.
