Early risers, Juanita and William Moser have for 12 years successfully operated Moser Transport, specialising exclusively in the delivery of fresh bread to a range of small and large stores and food chains.
The husband and wife duo, wake each morning at 1.30am and along with their team are responsible for the transport of the much loved staple product throughout the west of Sydney and surrounds.
“My work day begins while most people are sound asleep and is generally over by 9.00am, we are actually just so used to it now – I wouldn’t have it any other way!” Juanita Moser explained.
Having previously been company drivers, Juantia and William figured “why not” when it was announced that the organisation they had been employed by were moving to a contractor set up.
“For us, it made sense to take the next step and establish our own business, we had the on-the-job experience and loved what we were doing and so we set ourselves up accordingly.”
Over the years, the business has grown in size to include multiple trucks and drivers.
This year the Moser’s took delivery of a new truck as part of their growing fleet and in looking for the best insurance options with the flexibility of monthly payments, it was suggested to them by the staff at the dealership that they should consider Truck Assist.
“We have previously had insurance with a couple of different providers but wanted to understand what alternatives were around and what was on offer to best suit our needs.”
“I had been having trouble identifying something that worked for us, when Truck Assist was recommended.”
“I actually went online and signed up in the waiting room at the dealership. It was all just so simple and easy to navigate.”
“The biggest plus for us is the monthly payments. It is so great and for a small business such as ours it is a huge help when it comes to cash flow and managing the monthly budget.”
With an opportunity to now upgrade and expand, the Moser’s are hoping to purchase a new truck in the very near future.
“We will definitely be using Truck Assist again.”
