Walkinshaw Andretti United has today revealed the Mobil 1™ Truck Assist Racing No. 2 Ford Performance Mustang GT, which Ryan Wood will drive in the 2025 Supercars Championship season.

Mobil 1, the world’s leading synthetic oil company, entering their 32nd year with the team, continue as Walkinshaw Andretti United’s longest standing partner. Maintaining its distinguished spot on the bonnet of Car No. 2, the recognisable Mobil 1 logo is accompanied by the iconic red Pegasus.

Entering their fourth year as Co-Naming Rights Partner of Car No. 2, Truck Assist continues with their major branding seen most notably on the sides of the car. The truck insurance and roadside assistance specialist brand’s parent company, NTI, will also appear on the front and rear of the car.

The vibrant, black and orange livery was brought to life through PPG, Signzone and Spicers.

Morris returns as a Platinum Partner for their 15th year, a partnership which extends beyond the race team but also business-wide, alongside Chemical Guys, the Team’s Official Car Care Partner who are world leaders in the detailing and car care industry.

Returning also in 2025 is Ford Performance, Supercheap Auto, Corestaff, Kangan Institute, Move My Wheels, Palm Trans, Coates, Thetford, Lloyds Auctions, Anthem Workwear, Raceline Racewear, OMP, Authentic Collectables, Acronis, Think Technology, Oakley, Stratasys, TPF Sports, East Coast Lubes and Design Ears.

In 2025, Walkinshaw Andretti United are delighted to welcome new partners Loctite, Employment Hero, Under Armour and Niterra Australia. This year, TCL Hoffman’s branding will be swapped with Objective 3D after an acquisition in 2024.

Wood will be behind the wheel of the Mobil 1 Truck Assist Racing Ford Performance Mustang Wednesday, February 19th, at Sydney Motorsport Park for the first test day of the 2025 Supercars Championship Season.

Ryan Wood – Mobil 1 Truck Assist Racing

“The Mobil 1 Truck Assist Mustang looks amazing, it’s a level up on last years design, I am super excited to hit the track in Sydney to show the black, orange and white rocket off under lights.

“It’s awesome to have the continued support of Mobil 1 and Truck Assist again this year, but it’s also great to welcome back NGK Spark Plugs to Walkinshaw Andretti United family.”

“Really excited to get behind the wheel in Sydney and show off the hard work myself and the whole crew have put in over the off season, I’m definitely counting down the days!”

Bruce Stewart – CEO, Walkinshaw Andretti United

“It’s awesome to finally have the Mobil 1 Truck Assist Racing out for everyone to see, we definitely heard the fans with the black base and their love of it, we’ve added some more colour, but importantly, it’s got our WAU DNA throughout.

“We are extremely lucky to have the support of our entire partner base, returning and new. Looking at this car, to see the Mobil 1 on the bonnet, their 32nd year with the team, is an amazing story of loyalty. The same goes for Truck Assist who have been wonderful, supporting partners of ours for a long time now, and then to see Morris, now entering their 15th year with the team in 2025 is incredible where that partnership has gone.

“We are all extremely excited to welcome Niterra Australia back to the fold, more on that one soon, but also Employment Hero, Loctite and Under Armour into our family. Without all of our partners, we simply wouldn’t be able to do what we do.

“This is going to be a really exciting year for Ryan, he has put in the work over the off season and will be a real contender from early on in the season. He had a really strong rookie season, he showed what he is capable of, but we all have to take another step forward again in 2025, fighting for podiums and race wins, which we all know Ryan is capable of. I’m really excited to see his progression this year, I just can’t wait to get it all underway and get back to business!”
